Mrs. Priyanka Biyani

Priyanka Biyani has done her B.A. (English Hons.) from Bhawanipur Educational Society, M.A. (English) from Calcutta University & Executive MBA (HR) from The ICFAI – Kolkata.

She is the Co-Founder, CEO and Managing Director of Hire Glocal, holds an established reputation in Banking & Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and Financial Services, with a decade of experience in recruiting senior executives in Financial Services (Banking, NBFC’s, Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Securities, Asset Management, etc.) and Pharmaceutical Sector with leading organizations across the country.

She currently advises Indian and MNC clients on CXO-level assignments and braces several strategic partnerships along with our specialist industry heads. Mrs. Priyanka commenced her professional career as an HR Head of a reputed Pharmaceutical company and continued her services there for more than a decade.

She is an avid book reader and loves watching motivational movies.

Ms. Divya Ahuja

An S.D.S.M. Alumni with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) from St. John College of Engineering and Management, Divya has been a pre-eminent asset to Hire Glocal.

Divya Ahuja is the West India Regional Head and is part of the Management Committee. She brilliantly heads an HR Leadership Team of the best recruiters and is an outstanding example of leadership. She joined Hire Glocal while studying in college and followed a diverse path within the firm and Gen Z entrepreneur. She began her career with us after having interned with 2 companies and gaining a plethora of experience in Payroll Processing and Employee Joining Formalities. She took over as the Regional Head of the Western Indian division of Hire Glocal recently.

She is an avid cooking aficionado, an elite book reviewer and an artist, and has always been a part of the various top-notch organizing committees ever since her college days.

Ms. Nisha Varma

Nisha Varma is the Talent Head and a member of Hire Glocal’s Management Committee.

Ms. Varma is the leader of industry practices that include Technology, Outsourcing & Offshoring, Consumer Durables & Building Materials, Metals, Minerals, and Mining Services. She enjoys a well-established market reputation as a multi-domain consultant with significant knowledge in the Technology industry. She brings a wealth of value-added experience and helps in developing businesses from the ground up utilizing the appropriate recruiting techniques. She had worked at Abstract Productions in their recruitment and media departments before joining Hire Glocal. She has over 5 years of expertise in recruitment and a strong sales and marketing background.

She is a Rank Holder Psychology Honors graduate from L.S Raheja College of Arts and Commerce with an added M.A. Degree from the University of Mumbai.

Ms. Shivani Deshpande

Ms. Shivani is an inquisitive person about how the world works and seeks answers by using binoculars of math, economics, finance, psychology, and history. She has been proudly associated with Hire Glocal as the North Indian Regional Head.

Her expertise lies in the recruitment of unique IT talents, as well as incorporating functional jobs (HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Legal, etc.). Ms. Aarya Joshi

Aarya Joshi is the Business Development Head and a member of Hire Glocal’s Managing Committee.

Ms. Aarya has substantial experience in mid-level and leadership recruiting across industries, with expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Team Management in the Technology Services sector. As a result of her industry experience, she is responsible for the entire IT Services business – from developing the account to setting up the team, grooming them for the clients, instructing them on the client process, and self-focusing on Search assignments, Business Development, and negotiating contingent and retained fees.

Prior to joining Hire Glocal, Ms. Aarya held the position of Senior HR Consultant for the IT & Non-IT Vertical, managing team and client interactions on  Pan-India basis with other recruiting agencies and several other illustrious organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in business management from the University of Mumbai and has also completed a 1-year diploma in hospitality, travel & tourism, and customer services from Frankfinn Institute in Mumbai.

At Hire Glocal, Shubham Sawant works as a Recruitment Analyst with a focus on the Telecom, Education, Retail, Real Estate, and Logistics industries.

Mr. Shubham has worked in the recruitment consultancy sector for over 5 years. He plays a crucial role in the formation of Hire Glocal’s Telecom and Education businesses, and has worked with large firms in each of these areas. He has worked in this industry for several years and has extensive expertise in high-volume hiring. Additionally, he also oversees the practice areas of Logistics and Real Estate.

Mr. Shubham holds a B. Com (Hons) degree and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Mumbai.

Saanvi Mishra has over 6 years of experience in the Search and Selection Industry and plays a vital role in Hire Glocal’s Leadership Team. She has vast experience working with Software Services, Captives, and Consulting firms around the country. Her expertise is in the recruitment of unique IT capabilities, as well as in corporate functional jobs (HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Legal, etc.).

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jha

A professional communicator with excellent English communication skills, a Master’s degree in Accounts and Finance, Mr. Rajesh joined Hire Glocal recently but has worked in the recruiting industry for over 7 years.

He has previously worked for some of the most prestigious recruitment firms. He oversees the Consumer Retailing and Services practice for Eastern India, which serves the Consumer, FMCG, CD, and Retail industries. Additionally, he is incharge of the Media & Entertainment and Telecom practices. In addition to being responsible for business development, client servicing, and delivery, he has conducted pay surveys, organizational restructuring, industry mapping, and compensation benchmarking (for senior management) for a few clients. He also oversees the organization’s CSR initiatives.

Mr. Rajesh enjoys reading and is an incredibly skilled classical vocalist. He has been a Throwball enthusiast since his undergraduate days and has won several medals.

Hemlata Rao is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Hire Glocal with more than six years of expertise in HR Consulting. She is a BMS graduate from Mumbai University with a focus in Marketing.

Nidhi Chauhan leads Hire Glocal’s Pharma, Lifesciences Devices & Diagnostic practice.

Ms. Nidhi has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for over 4 years. She has worked at Emplova HR Services before joining Hire Glocal. Her broad industrial experience has given her a solid technical grasp and proficiency in how the Pharma Value Chain operates. This in-depth expertise in the area enables Hire Glocal’s PHL team to be the best in business, partnering and consulting with customers on technical insight and skill-based talent search.

Ms. Nidhi holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Management studies.

Ms. Anushka Mehta

Anushka Mehta is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Hire Glocal, where she is in charge of client consultation and continuous support.

She collaborates with various departments like new hire onboarding, E-Verify, HRIS and data management, analytic report development, employee off-boarding. Ebrahim Qureshi, a man of integrity, dedication and grit, is the Southern India Regional Head and has been an indispensable part of the management team of Hire Glocal since 2015

His passion is Business Development and Management, with a goal of elevating Hire Glocal to the level of being renowned worldwide as the most dependable and supportive organization offering creative, responsive, and best-in-class client-centric solutions. Previously, Mr. Ebrahim was a Team Leader and an IT Application Development professional who spent over a decade working on various technology platforms and multiple enterprise-level projects in the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and FMCG domains in top-tier companies across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Ebrahim is a zealous traveler, an exceptionally well-groomed cricketer and is ever-driven by the craze of bikes and cars. He is also an extraordinary saxophone player.

Ms. Soumitra Das

Soumitra Das is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Hire Glocal, where she is in charge of consulting and providing ongoing assistance to customers. She is also an integral part of the HR Leadership Team.

She works closely with new recruit onboarding, E-Verify, HRIS and data management, analytic report development, employee off-boarding, COBRA administration, and other departments.
